What to expect
Holistic 1:1 Coaching with Alice either in person at Nature Garden or by Zoom. I will help ground you and so you become aware of your needs, we will use nature as our guide and unleash your creativity, through discussing your interests and listening to your ideas. I will introduce you to various tools to help you such as meditation, automatic writing, mindful exercises, breathing techniques and more. There will be time for discussion to work through your blocks and transform your self.

My background and Experience
Alice is inspired to help people and enhance their wellbeing through her experience, skills, creativity and passion for self development, gardening and nature. Here at Nature Garden we offer a beautiful space to provide a sanctuary from the busy life we lead. Time to slow down, an opportunity to be outside in Nature Garden or in a cosy wellbeing cabin and be guided by Alice to find yourself again. Time to observe what is around us and reflect and move forward. With 22 years of experience teaching across early years primary and secondary education. I've supported families at various stages of their parenting journey. This experience combined with my passion for nature and personal growth, has led me to become a life coach. I believe every parent deserves the opportunity to reconnect with their inner self, rediscover their creativity, and create a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.
Our Facilities
We have a warm cosy cabin and an ever evolving garden space using the permaculture principles of working with nature. We have a toilet and tea facilities. We also have an additional composting toilet.

My Approach: Nature, Seasons and Personal Growth
As a life coach for parents, I guide you through a process of self-discovery, creative exploration, and personal growth. My sessions focus on:
- Connecting with Nature and Seasons: I’ll show you how nature can help you find balance, connection and clarity by aligning with natural rhythms.
- Reawakening Creativity: Creativity is a powerful tool for growth. I’ll help you tap into your creative potential to reignite passions, reduce stress, and gain clarity.
- Using Personal Development Tools: I will introduce you to a variety of tools and techniques—such as mindfulness exercises, guided visualisation and meditation, and self-reflection practices—that can help you create lasting change, reduce overwhelm, and move forward with confidence.
- Managing Overwhelm: Parenting can feel all-consuming, but by using nature-inspired practices and personal development tools, we’ll work together to create more balance, reduce stress, and prioritise self-care.
- Rediscovering Your Identity: Beyond being a parent, who are you? Through our work together, you’ll reconnect with your personal passions, dreams, and goals, helping you to live a more fulfilling and intentional life.
Flexible Coaching Options: In Person or Zoom
I offer coaching sessions in both in-person and virtual formats, so you can choose the option that best fits your lifestyle. (On Monday or Tuesday daytimes or weekday evenings.)
- In-Person Coaching: If you're based locally, we can meet in person for a deeper, more immersive experience. Sessions may include nature-based activities partly in the nature garden, outdoor mindful activities, or creative exercises in a natural setting.
- Zoom Coaching: If you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions, I offer coaching via Zoom. We can work together from the comfort of your home, integrating nature-based insights, creativity and personal development tools into our sessions.
- Or you can do a bit of both!
